Jordan Hi, I’m Jordan, a health and fitness coach based in Lisbon and the proud co-founder of Momentum. With a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness and certification as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), I bring nearly a decade of experience helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Health has always been a cornerstone of my life, shaped by years as a competitive athlete and a deep passion for guiding others toward a balanced, healthy lifestyle. My journey has taught me that true wellness is about more than physical fitness—it’s about cultivating habits that empower you to thrive in every aspect of life. At Momentum, I combine evidence-based practices, personal experience, and a client-focused approach to help you take meaningful strides on your health and fitness journey. Yuri Hi, I'm Yuri, a dedicated A-Licensed Health & Fitness Coach and Licensed Nutritionist through the European Sports Academy (ESAB) with over 8 years of experience in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. My human to human coaching philosophy emphasizes creating sustainable, results-driven strategies inspired by my personal experiences. I prioritize building a solid foundation, understanding that long-term success comes from consistency, resilience, and a strong starting point. Together, we focus on setting the groundwork to achieve lasting progress and go the distance. As a competitive athlete, I bring firsthand knowledge and passion from my diverse background in sports, including Tennis, CrossFit, BJJ and Ultra-distance running. These experiences have honed my understanding of performance optimization and resilience, allowing me to guide clients across a wide spectrum of fitness levels and goals.
